We work actively with
PPM (Participative Productivity Management). This
means anyone has to take care for her / his part in productivity
she / he can realize in this company. Results are measured regularly,
analyzed and improved. We look at people with all their strengths
and weaknesses and optimize them for our company and each member
of staff. Mistakes are reason to think over existing working
processes and to optimize them.
